2022 Deal Makers Awards Program Recap

CRCBR’s annual Deal Makers Award program recognizes brokers and developers in the commercial real estate industry who have accumulated sales and lease transactions of over $2 million in the categories of office, industrial, retail, investment, and land. CRCBR is proud to recognize 107 top producers from 2021. This year there were 56 platinum level winners, whose individual production credit was over $15 million. Additionally, we had 18 gold award winners who individually produced between $10 million and $14.9 million in broker volume credit, 32 silver award winners producing between $5 million and $9.9 million in individual broker volume credit, and 21 bronze level winners who produced between $2 million and $4.9 million in individual broker volume credit. Over 2,800 transactions were submitted for a combined broker total volume credit of over $7 billion!

Special thank you to our emcee, Hal Kempson, JLL.
