Each year at the CRCBR Annual Meeting in December, CRCBR recognizes individuals who have furthered the industry, profession, or association over the past year, through their contribution of time, energy, and resources. The Annual Awards of CRCBR and the history of the award recipients are as follows:

Legends Award: A Hall of Fame program that recognizes individuals who have made an extraordinary and integral contribution to CRCBR and the commercial real estate profession in the Charlotte region over a period of at least 25 years.
