2020 NAIOP Charlotte/CRCBR Golf Tournament Safety Information & Guidelines

NAIOP Charlotte & CRCBR are taking safety precautions very seriously for our sponsors, golfers, staff, and CGC staff to ensure a safe and fun 2020 Fall Tournament. Please read and review the safety guidelines below:

  • Stay home if you do not feel well or if you tested positive for COVID-19 or were exposed to someone with COVID-19 in the last 14 days. Let us keep Charlotte safe & healthy.
  • At this time, social distancing (6’ of distance) and face covering requirements remain in effect for gatherings. All tournament participants are encouraged to wear a mask, social distance themselves, and take proper precautions to keep everyone safe.

  • Each golfer and sponsor representative will be required to sign a COVID-19 waiver. SIGN THE WAIVER.

DUE TO COVID-19:

  • We will have a touch-less check in this year.
  • Players are asked to arrive no more than 30 minutes before their tee time.
  • Players can only purchase mulligans online before the tournament. PURCHASE MULLIGANS.
  • There will be one golf cart for every two players. Carts will be wiped down before each flight. If you are uncomfortable with sharing a cart, you will be permitted to walk.
  • Goody bags will be provided on your golf cart.
  • Boxed breakfasts and lunches will be provided on your golf cart. 
  • Multiple beverage stations (Water/Gatorade/Beer) will be available to spread players out and prevent large gatherings.
  • There will be no post-tournament reception or large gatherings of any kind and players are encouraged to leave after their round. Pre-packaged to-go snacks will be available at multiple stations to spread players out and prevent large gatherings.
  • The scoreboard will be livestreamed on the NAIOP Charlotte and CRCBR golf webpages.
    • Livestreaming details will be sent closer to September 28.
  • Winners be will be announced on the NAIOP Charlotte and CRCBR golf webpages and via email.

NAIOP Charlotte & CRCBR reserve the right to make necessary changes to the tournament at any time based on state, local and/or club COVID-19 restrictions & guidelines.
