Evolution of SouthEnd

From the pioneering days of the Design Center to today’s thriving office submarket, SouthEnd has become the talk of the town.  New companies seeking the light rail for future employees to multifamily to office to breweries and restaurants.  Our panel will discuss the appeal of SouthEnd and the future possibilities as it continues to evolve through adaptive reuse and new development.

The cost to register is $50 for members and $70 for non-members through 11/29. Prices increase to $60 for members and $80 for non-members starting 11/30. Table reservations are $500, which includes registration for 10 people.

Parking Information

Valet Parking is available at the Marriott Charlotte City Center for $15 per car. Due to construction on the CityLynx project, detours are in place (especially coming from I-77).
