This class will assist licensees in promoting the public interest by providing them with information and analysis that surrounds the financing of the various types of commercial real estate and describe the particular characteristic of each property type. They will be able to outline the process of construction financing and help clients and consumers identify the sources of financing, the documentation required and the process for financing these types of properties. Licensees will also be able to be able to explain the types of permanent financing that accompanies such projects. This course satisfies 4 hours of NC CE Elective credit.
