Ryan Halbrook, CPA, is a senior manager at CohnReznick and is a member of the Firm’s Commercial Real Estate Practice. Ryan has more than 10 years of experience providing tax consulting and compliance services to a variety of clients in the real estate industry, including commercial, multi-family housing, real estate funds, affordable housing, and hotels. Ryan has extensive practical experience working with his clients structured as both partnerships and corporations, including Real Estate Investment Trusts. In addition, Ryan’s background includes a thorough understanding of various Federal and State tax credit programs, including New Market Tax Credits, Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, and Historic Tax Credits.
