In this course, real estate licensees will be exposed to Commercial Real Estate (CRE) and the many variables associated with CRE finance. Students will learn CRE finance basics that cover land loans, construction loans, and permanent loans. After taking this course, students will have a better understanding of the aspects and the process of finance so that they will be better able to protect and promote the interests of the public and will have the knowledge to better serve the client.
