This course is designed to touch on ten areas where there is potential of risk for the commercial agent. There are other areas of risk, depending upon how an agent practices. Also, there may be more risk in some areas than in others. For example, a firm which does not handle trust money may not have any trust accounting issues. However, it may be that the firm is in fact handling trust money and just not realizing that it is. Each of these risk areas could be a course by itself, so in depth coverage of each topic is not possible. We will be hitting the headlines.
