Administrative Assistant, Charlotte
DESCRIPTION
The Administrative Assistant will support our team by handling correspondence, general office, and document management for a commercial real estate company active in retail and land developments, leasing/brokerage, property management, and other ad hoc support around the office as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS • Team player with a positive mental attitude and ability to be proactive with individual and team projects • Must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment • Maintain strict confidence, integrity, and confidentiality in all business activities • Dependable and very detailed oriented • Desire and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure the best results • Proficient in both written & verbal communications • Excellent telephone skills • Minimum two years of administrative assistant experience or equivalent required. • Real estate marketing, development, and construction experience a plus • Experience drafting and reviewing legal documents a plus
TECHNICAL SKILLS • Proficient in MS Office (WORD, Excel, PowerPoint) required • Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign) expertise a plus • ESRI Demographics knowledge a plus • GoogleEarth and other GIS applications knowledge preferred • Knowledge of digital marketing, including email blast/campaigns and website maintenance (using WordPress) a plus • NC Notary Public Certification or willing and able to obtain certification required
