Our ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, an understanding of commercial real estate assets and underwriting, and a desire to direct their own brokerage career.

A Day in the Life:
Identify new clients and nurture existing relationships, Project marketing, Managing property tours, Maintaining accurate property and client records, Negotiating deal terms, Attend weekly brokerage meetings and Professional career development.

Desired Qualifications:

  • North Carolina Real Estate License (Required).
  • South Carolina and Georgia Real Estate License.
  • 2-3 years of related work experience in Sales, Financial Analysis or Relationship Management.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or Real Estate.
  • Professional experience with Microsoft Office Suites & Salesforce.
  • Ideal candidates will possess personal characteristics such as; self-starter, detail oriented, ability to multi-task and effectively manage time commitments, and a professional and energetic attitude.

Independent Contractor Position earning Commission Only. We will assist you in creating the habits and procedures for prospecting to ensure your success and offer opportunities to support senior brokers, leading to shared commissions where appropriate.
