Description 
Legacy Real Estate Advisors is seeking a diligent, detail-oriented, dedicated Commercial Real Estate administrative assistant. The ideal candidate will have experience in Charlotte Commercial Real Estate, office administration, Quickbooks business bookkeeping, and Social Media and Marketing with a dedication to detail and accuracy. This position requires a self-directed, motivated and confident individual with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills wishing to be part of a dynamic, diverse team. 

Requirements 
Qualifications:
• Great business-oriented written and verbal skills.
• Experience with Quickbooks and Account procedures a must.
• Attention to detail.
• Interpersonal skills.
• Background and experience with Commercial Real Estate.
• Expertise with Microsoft Office and Teams platform.
• Experience with CRM (Hubspot), Real Estate Document (Zipforms), CRE Listing platform, WordPress Websites, and other platforms.
• Social media and marketing knowledge.
• Graphic Design experience a plus

Responsibilities 
• A/P entries
• A/R creating and distributing invoicing in Quick Books, handling collections, and managing client and cooperating broker firm relationships.
• Work to support Brokers with RE file and transactional requirements to help ensure NCREC compliance and Legacy Policies.
• Arrange for broker meetings and assist with scheduling of company events.
• Continue to build CRE knowledge through educational events and classes.
• Work with Staff Members and brokers to market the Legacy Brand and individual
brokers' presence in the marketplace via our company website, an industry newsletter, and platform, social media, and other marketing channels.
