Headquartered in the Southpark area of Charlotte North Carolina, MedSouth Management, LLC “MedSouth” is a privately held commercial real estate services firm focused on healthcare related real estate. MedSouth targets opportunities within the states of North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia and Virginia. MedSouth is seeking to hire a senior level associate to focus on leading and building the firm’s real estate investment sales, leasing, brokerage, and management contracts platform. The position being offered is for an independent contractor which will include a lucrative commission plan with multiple ways to earn an income to include but not limited to;

  • Investment Sales (Seller or Buyer Rep)
  • Landlord and Tenant Representation
  • Owner/User/Vacant Sales (Seller or Buyer Rep)
  • Property Management Leads
  • Site Selection and Build to Suit Services
  • Managed Agent Commission Override

The candidate will work closely with other members of the firm to establish a focused and systematic program to generate
opportunities within the healthcare real estate specialty and to build and support a highly specialized team of agents.
Additionally, the candidate will have an opportunity to refer direct acquisitions of income producing healthcare real estate
within the parameters of MedSouth Healthcare Properties, LLC’s acquisition criteria.

Ideal Candidate:

  • The ideal candidate will have significant commercial real estate experience (not necessarily in medical office/healthcare but helpful) and be able to show past performance history and provide references.
  • The ideal candidate must be an actively licensed real estate broker.
  • The ideal candidate must desire a career level, long term commitment to the firm.
  • The ideal candidate will have had successful management experience of other real estate agents and be able to handle an increased amount of responsibilities in managing and supporting a growing team.
  • The ideal candidate will be well networked within the target area and must have a top in class reputation in the industry.
  • The ideal candidate will be located in Charlotte or the surrounding metro area and will work out of MedSouth’s HQ.

Qualifications:

  • Real Estate Licensure
  • 5 plus years minimum commercial real estate experience
  • Performance history records and references
  • Management experience
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word, Publisher and Argus
