Description:

The Property Accountant will be responsible for the accounting reporting for a portfolio of 8-10 commercial properties – owned by third party or by Insite Properties. They will be responsible for all aspects of the financials, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cash Management and Month End Closings.

We are looking for a self-starter who wants to work in a dynamic environment. The preferred candidate has 5-7 years of commercial real estate experience and is interested in opportunities within this growing company.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree at an accredited college or university; or Five to seven years related experience and/or training in commercial property accounting; or Equivalent combination of education and experience

Salary/Benefits:

• $65,000-$75,000 depending on experience
• Health, dental and vision - Employee coverage is 100% paid by Insite Properties
