About

CRCBR is the state's largest and most active commercial real estate association.  Membership provides a purpose, vision, and mission in the promotion and protection of the commercial real estate industry.  It also provides a means for developing life-long affiliations, an outlet for community involvement and a means of defending private property rights.

Since 1993, we are committed to providing you a distinct competitive and educational advantage as a professional. Comprised of members in all segments of the industry, the Charlotte Commercial Board is a neutral place to come together to discuss and brainstorm the many issues and challenges facing our industry in the 21st century. It is a place where we build and develop good professional relationships, as well as share our knowledge and expertise for the betterment of our real estate profession and the public we serve.

Our 1,000 members include commercial real estate professionals, industry affiliates, and industry partners, who are service and product suppliers to the industry, spanning an 18-county region in North and South Carolina. Members belong because of the commitment to high professional standards in the commercial real estate community and for the many benefits bestowed upon CRCBR members.
