REALTOR® Member Benefits

REALTOR® Members are defined as individuals who are “Actively Participating” in real estate.  Each firm must name one principal or managing member, as its Designated REALTOR® Member.  Due to the Professional Standards and Code of Ethics requirements of membership, each licensee at a firm must be a member or will be designated as a non-member, paying state and national dues.

NAR Code of Ethics Training

Upon joining and every three years, REALTOR® members are required to take a 2.5-hour REALTOR® Code of Ethics course. This may be taken in a classroom setting or online. Click here to find out how to satisfy this requirement.

Update Your NRDS Account

Don't forget to update your NRDS account annually. Go to nar.realtor, login to your account, scroll down to Update Other NAR Accounts and click on Change Your Member Data Profile NRDS.
