Insite Properties has a great opportunity for an ambitious commercial real estate professional who has a successful track record of leasing and sales of commercial real estate properties. We are looking for a person to lease our growing portfolio of approximately 750,000 SF of office, medical office and flex properties in the Charlotte region who has strong business and relationship building skills, is self-motivated and is an excellent communicator. This person will be part of a collaborative team environment.

Objectives of this role:

  • Be responsible for leasing of commercial office, medical office and flex properties
  • Serve as main point of contact between property owners and prospective tenants
  • Lead prospecting and business development efforts
  • Perform property tours
  • Negotiate and prepare relevant paperwork (proposals, leases, contracts)
  • Perform comparative market analysis of commercial properties
  • Conduct research of the local real estate market and stay up to date on industry trends
  • Once acclimated, add brokers to establish a team

Responsibilities:

  • Represent company and third-party clients in the leasing of their real estate assets
  • Prepare marketing materials for exclusive property listings and promote to qualified tenants
  • Prospect new client relationships, and network with other industry professionals
  • Negotiate lease proposals, letters of intent and lease agreements
  • Prepare and manage documentation and internal databases to ensure most up-to-date property and client information
  • Partner closely with other staff members to ensure knowledge sharing and cross-team collaboration

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Commercial real estate experience, specifically in office leasing
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Real Estate or other related field preferred
  • Active NC Real Estate license, SC preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of the local commercial property market
  • Well-developed communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficient with the use of MS Office
